Streams of Energy and Intelligence
in the Process of Gaining Knowledge
in Music

As this journey of cognition proceeds to higher and higher worlds of music, the higher inner energies released within us flow through our feeling to our mind, providing our musical thought with more agility and radiance – but they also flow to our sense of hearing, and our hearing feels as if it would take in all the sounding nourishment of the world through a huge mouth, and would feed itself comprehensively.
Simultaneously, the streams of intelligence flow through our understanding to our mind and increase the clarity of its images.

The Sense of Hearing, too, Needs Cosmic Nourishment for Its Full Function
It is the nature of this process of gaining knowledge that it employs the very process of condensing our tools of cognition as a means of gaining knowledge, i.e. it ties the meshes of the net of cognition tighter and tighter so that now, furnished with an ever tighter, ever brighter, ever more golden net of knowledge, it draws insights of a higher and higher order from the ocean of music.

The Radiance of the Musical Net of Knowledge
So, the process of musical gaining knowledge is not only a development of the process of cognizing truth in general, but it is also an educational system to systematically refine the means of gaining knowledge, as well as a practical exercise to skilfully handle them.

The Threefold Development of Musical Gaining Knowledge
The process of consideration is systematically and logically built into the musical process of knowing, since the listener considers at every moment which path of musical knowledge to take.
Due to his natural inner desire for greater joy, he decides for that path which quickly and without obstruction leads into the depth of the musical sense and to higher knowledge; because, according to a law of nature, the knowledge of finer and more complex musical orders gives the listener greater joy and happiness.
